Ripollès

The Ripollès is a region located in a mountainous area on the southern slopes of the Pyrenees between three valleys: the Vall de Ribes, Ripollès Lower Valley and the Valley of Camprodon.
It borders the counties of Cerdanya, Berguedà, Osona, Vallespir, Garrotxa and Conflent.

Some of the highest points of the region are Puigmal Finestrelles, Bastiments or Costabona, from 2.464m to 2.913m of

Most of the territory is of medieval origin and mainly emphasizes its heritage of Romanesque art.

The Ripollès enjoys an excellent environment for its natural wealth, valleys, rivers, mountains, charming villages allows visitors to relax and admire its beauty either walking, climbing, skiing, fishing or simply lying.
