The High Ribagorza (officially and Catalan, Alta Ribagorça) is a Pyrenean region in the province of Lerida and borders the Aran Valley in the north, east Sobirá Pallars, Pallars Jussà south and the Aragonese region of Ribagorza to west.
It is organized by the rivers Noguera Noguera Ribagorzana and Tor (tributary of the first) that the drain in a north-south.
Northeast of the region is the western part of the National Park and Lake Aiguas Cakes of St. Maurice.
Its highest peak is the Comaloformo (3,030 meters), in the massif of Bessiberri.
In the Valley of Bohí are the twelfth-century Romanesque churches declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000.
