About Calella de Palafrugell
Coastal village in the municipality of Palafrugell. It has some beautiful beaches to enjoy the tranquility and scenery. Its most famous photograph is of Calella Les Voltes. Located in Cap Roig, the upper area of Calella, is the Cap Roig Botanical Gardens, one of the most important gardens of the Mediterranean, where you can see more than 500 plant species and landmark which celebrates summer the consolidated Cap Roig Gardens Festival.
From there you can make a stretch of coastal path that meanders Llafranc reaches the coast. We must mention one of the genre's most important acts of the Habanera, which is held on the beach of Port Bo every July, the traditional gathering Habanera sung thousands of people every year.
