Discover Llafranc
Llafranc, also known as Llafranch, is a coastal village belonging to Palafrugell, on the Costa Brava. Its main beach, Llafranc Beach, is the largest in the municipality and stands out for its sheltered bay, crystal-clear waters and peaceful atmosphere. The marina area offers a lively selection of water sports activities, restaurants and seafront hotels.
The coastline of Llafranc forms part of one of the most attractive stretches of the Costa Brava coastal path (Camí de Ronda), a trail that connects the village with Calella de Palafrugell and Tamariu. This scenic route allows visitors to explore quiet coves, cliffs and unique Mediterranean views on foot.
In the upper part of the village stands the iconic San Sebastián Lighthouse, regarded as one of the finest viewpoints on the Costa Brava. Nearby, visitors can also find the Iberian archaeological site of San Sebastián de la Guarda.
